At the end of Jubilee Tim Holland could not find his black cloth music stand bag in the sanctuary. He had his stand light in the bottom of it. There was a black cloth bag left behind, but it was a different shape. Please check your music stand bag for a light and contact Tim at 705-917-1980 or email jtholland1263@gmail.com. He needs his light.
At the end of Odyssey 2 black cloth music stand bags were missing, both from the flute section! Please click here to reply if you took them by mistake.
Since there are literally hundreds of bags the same please mark yours in some way. Perhaps tie a coloured ribbon or cloth around it or use nail polish to write your name on it.

Hello everyone. Just to clarify, the doors will open next Wednesday September 17 at 9 a.m. but we will not be eating until after 12 noon announcements.

· 9:00 - 9:30: Doors are open. Set up. Morning bands put items in the kitchen or fridge.
· 9:30 sharp - 10:30am: Band rehearsal/Sectional (1hr)
· 10:30am: Break. Start use of Gym. Set up.
· 10:40 sharp - 11:40am: Band rehearsal (1hr)
· 11:30 - 11:40: Afternoon folks and Green Band told to come. Help with setup in the gym.
· 11:40 - noon Social Comm. activities in Auditorium, final set up in gym
· noon - 1:00pm all in Gym for Announcements, lunch
· 1:00pm-1:30pm Gym cleanup, End of Gym use.
· 1:30 - 2:30pm: Band rehearsal/Sectional (1hr)
· 2:30 - 2:40pm: Break
· 2:40 - 3:40pm: Band rehearsals (1hr)
· 3:40 - 4:00pm sharp: put away equipment, check for items left behind (put in lost and found tub), leave building, doors locked
· Wear your PNHB shirt that day and name tag if you have one
